Thanks to his throwback midi music that sounds like a vintage video game—which is why his creepy retro songs landed on the soundtrack to Hotline Miami—Perturbator has elevated to become one of the best and brightest . . . well, make that darkest in synthwave music, and many of his legion of fans will don their baggy black outfits and rave masks for his highly anticipated return to the Skyway with similarly buzzy synth band HEALTH.
