During this evening of Surly Beer Hall’s Summer of Sound, MMYYKK (pronounced ‘Mike,’ if you’re trying to tell your friends about him) takes the stage. The multi-instrumentalist combines soul, jazz, electro and R&B to make wonderfully eclectic music full of themes like love, higher consciousness and more. You may also know him from the psychedelic astralblak, or the space jazz collective The BlackBeat Theory.
