As the solo project of Bobby Kabeya, Miloe has become a fixture on stages throughout the Midwest. Kabeya learned to play piano at a young age from musical parents, and quickly combined that with a wide array of influences, from Congolese artists such as Papa Wemba and Lokua Kanza to Western artists such as Lionel Ritchie and Mariah Carey. This translated to a blend of indie rock, bedroom pop, and rumba folk that created a loyal fanbase. Supporting Miloe is rapper Ricki Monique and RIOTGRRRLDARKO.
