Say bonjour to Alliance Française’s summer film festival. From comedies to musicals to French new wave, the festival shows a range of films created from 1953 to 1995. Les Vacances de Monsieur Hulot, a physical comedy to rival Mr. Bean, starts off the fun at The Main Cinema. For the next couple of films, pull up a lawn chair for outdoor viewings at Alliance Française. The last film La Haine, a gritty crime drama, finishes up the festival back at The main. And yes, everything has English subtitles.
