Put your stomach to the test with Smack Shack’s Crayfest Crayfish Eating Contest (qualifying round 1!) at Modist Brewing. In the course of two rounds, participants will be given three minutes to eat a pound of crayfish—which is potentially 20-30 of the little guys. No need to worry about eating the shells, however! While there can only be one winner, all contestants will win a ticket to Crayfest on Aug. 6 and some sweet Shake Shack swag. The winner will get two tickets and a chance to take on the final crayfish eating contest at Crayfest where they’ll have a chance to win bragging rights and a prize package worth about $1,000. Make sure to sign up before slots fill up!
