The Winter Dabbler is back after two years and making up for missed time with new activities and diversions to pair with the reliably vast selection of breweries taking over the state fairgrounds. In addition to the darker, warming beers the season invites, attendees can try their mittened hands at human bubble hockey and giant beer pong or enjoy the spectacles of live ice sculpting, chainsaw carving, and the annual American Brewer Warrior competition. A lineup of DJs sets the mood, and with a sunny forecast for Saturday, we should be in for a fun and only slightly frosty afternoon. SAT 3-6:30 PM. 21+ $55-75 ($20-30 for designated drivers).
