Over 200 renowned tattoo artists can be found all weekend at St. Paul’s Rivercentre for the Twin Cities Tattoo festival. If you’re looking for a little ink, or just there to appreciate the artform, there will be plenty to do including tattoo competitions, fine art, live performances, and charity fundraisers.
