Following the tragic death of their drummer Taylor Hawkins, Foo Fighters understandably canceled the rest of their 2022 tour. That left a U.S. Bank Stadium-worth of fans looking for a way to hear tunes from the much-beloved band live. Luckily, local rockers The 4onthefloor aim to fill the void with a Foo Fighters cover set—on the same night the tour was supposed to come through town. The 4onthefloor’s stomp-filled sound promises to be a good fit for the soaring, anthemic passion of Dave Grohl and Co., and 4 frontman Gabriel Douglas has a healthy belt that can capture Grohl’s signature enthusiasm.
