Music for Martin is a multimedia tribute to the civil rights leader, led by the Grammy-winning ensemble Sounds of Blackness, who has performed all over the country and the world alongside musicians like Prince, Stevie Wonder, and Aretha Franklin. Hear stylized arrangements of music that fueled the Civil Rights movement of the 1960s, bringing together jazz, blues, spirituals, rock ‘n’ roll, gospel, hip hop, and soul. The event also mixes in powerful narration, audio-visual elements, and the speeches of Dr. King.
