Mediocre Old Day Parade – St. Paul’s Smallest Parade

This is so funny, we hope it just blows up. St. Paul’s Smallest Parade will walk the sidewalk on Grand Ave. between Dale and St. Albans (one block). Participants are encouraged to make their own miniature cardboard parade float, come in costume, or come as you are but bring your enthusiasm! Small parade, big fun. SUN, 11:40 AM. Free.
