If you missed this dynamic duo the last two times they rocked out at Bryant Lake Bowl, make sure this is on your calendar. Minnesota musician and composer Mallman and Detroit Electric Six frontman Valentine have been collaborating for over a decade and bring together an eclectic mix of their personal catalogs, covers and stories from their time touring, and bits of acting. Mallman is known for his deep body of orchestrated songs that have been shared from MTV to NPR, earning him accolades from Wired, USA Today, and NME. Valentine, the lead singer of garage rock/disco/punk/new-wave/generally in your face band Electric Six, brings his own style of over-the-top delivery and ‘cleverly dumb’ songs.
