Okay, so Minnesota hasn’t made the tour list of a major K-pop group just yet. But it’s cool, we have ways to get our fix. First Ave has planned a full out celebration of the catchy, soul-beating genre, with DJ R.E.L.—an Atlanta native who specializes in the K-pop genre—orchestrating the evening. The event also features dance performances by the Locomotive Dance Crew, a K-pop and open style group that competes, performs, and conducts dance workshops across the Twin Cities, and K-Move, an ensemble that recreates K-pop music video dances. It should tide you over until Stray Kids and Enypen announce their next tour dates.
