For the first night in a new dinner series, chef Pedro Wolcott of North Loop’s tapas restaurant Guacaya invites chef Gustavo Romero of the tortilleria Nixta to present a collaborative dinner designed to bring guests joy. The tasting menu includes ceviche de mahi mahi with avocado and mango, tostada de cabeza featuring pork head cheese, BBQ Shrimps with grits and corn maque choux, and much more. Each dish comes with a drink pairing.
