Glen Phillips of Toad the Wet Sprocket + Garrison Starr

A man of many bands, lifelong musician Glen Phillips brings his solo tour to Icehouse. After getting his start at the age of 14 with the alt-rock band Toad the Wet Sprocket (yes, the name was inspired by Monty Python), Phillips went on to start a successful solo career; collaborated with numerous artists including bluegrass band Nickel Creek, Andy Sturmer, Ben Folds, Kristin Mooney, and more; and helped form the group the Scrolls. Singer/songwriter Garrison Starr, who Phillips described as  someone who “reminds you of what it means to be human.”
