Friends Babs Szabo, T.J. Petracca, and Morgan Freed dreamt of a night when they could be emo in all their glory, with emo friends around as far as the eye could see… So Emo Nite was born! After getting its start at a dive bar in L.A., Emo Nite has since transformed into a party that’s swept the nation, pulling in big names such as Demi Lovato, Good Charlotte, All-American Rejects—to name only a few. Emo Nite brings together those with a passion for ‘90s to current emo culture to celebrate the emo scene in all of its definitions, from angst and melodic hardcore to grunge and beyond. The intent of Emo Nite is to appreciate the emo scene in all of its forms without trying to change it to be palatable to all.
