THURS. 8/18 7 PM. $15. All ages.
The Minnesota music blog Ear Coffee turns five this week! To celebrate, they’re bringing in a few Twin Cities favorites for a night-long show at the Treasury in St. Paul. Self-described as having an “almost stupid devotion to music,” you know the bands picked to play are going to be good. The rock-mixed-with-midwest-emo group Prathloons, indie rapper OKnice, dance punks BlueDriver, and post-hardcore band Careful Gaze are all playing sets. Three of the groups released new albums this year, so it’s an awesome chance to hear some new music from a few established local groups.
