Fixture of the Minneapolis-St. Paul music scene Doug Collins and his hard-working backers in The Receptionists take the stage Friday to celebrate the release of their new single “Drinkin’ Again” with a show at Minneapolis’ legendary Palmer’s Bar—which also happens to be the site of their new video for the song. Joining them will be fellow Americana songwriters Becky Kapell and Eli Gardiner (who shot their new video). FRI, 7:30 PM. $15.
