Some know Willie Wisely as veteran singer, guitarist, producer, and collaborator from right here in Minnesota, some know his as the composer for films like the Llyod Kaufman cult favorite Tromeo & Juliet, and some will get to know Wisely for the first time when he brings his mix of profound power pop and vaudevillian showmanship to the stage at the Turf Club. He’ll be joined by other long-time rockers The Scarlet Goodbye (featuring wistful troubadour Jeff Arundel alongside Dan Murphy of Soul Asylum and Golden Smog fame) and Minneapolis gem (and DISPATCH cover model last month) Cindy Lawson. Friday, May 6th. $15-17.
We want to send you to this rockin’ show at the Turf Club to catch the legendary troubadour! Sign up for our newsletter for a chance to win tickets.
