While some of their much-more famous San Francisco bay area peers *cough* Metallica *cough* Megadeth* have grown their oversized personalities while flaming-out musically in the three decades since California spawned thrash metal, Testament has consistently kept up the breakneck pace in their music and on the road. Could things possibly get even faster? Headbangers will see when Testament welcomes legendary drummer Dave Lombardo (most notably from Slayer, but also recently sitting in with Misfists, Mr. Bungle, even Suicidal Tendencies) to the fold with similarly speedy and beloved Bay Area openers Exodus and Death Angel.
