Well this is a lot of talent squeezed into one night. Seven punk and rock bands are commandeering the Hook and Ladder theater, with performances throughout the night in all three of the theater’s performance spaces. You’ll hear new music from Minneapolis underground rock mainstays Fret Rattles and garage punk bands New Rocket Union and SUPERMODIFIED along with energetic sets from The Mighty Mofos and The Short Fuses, who have been on the punk rock scene since the 80’s and. 90’s respectively, quartet Mad Mojo Jett, and Devil’s Teeth from Milwaukee. DJ MEGANO, and LadyTracy of DJRTM provide dancy interludes, with set times staggered so you can groove to them all. FRI, 7 PM. $12-17.
