As St. Paul’s kickoff to summer for the last 50 years, Grand Old Day makes its return in 2023 after a three-year absence. From Fairview Ave. to Dale St., the largest one-day festival in the Midwest will host music on seven stages, ranging from The Jayhawks, Bad Bad Hats, White Iron Band, Sophia Eris, and many more. The day kicks off with a two-mile fun run, followed by a parade. A car show, plenty of food on a stick, and endless games and activities will line the avenue all afternoon.
