Weeks after her new album Crash topped the UK Albums Chart, Charli XCX will bless the stage at the Palace. Described as a performance art piece, Crash is an exploration of what it would be like to be a sell out and “play the game” that the music industry stereotypically pushes women pop stars into. The result? Thirty-four minutes of innovative pop songs featuring collaborations from numerous industry hard-hitters including Rina Sawayama, George Daniel and A.G. Cook.
