“What else is in the teaches of Peaches?” There have been few musical debuts more auspicious than when Peaches, twenty years ago now, shoved her way onto the international music scene with debut album The Teaches of Peaches and its shock-pop lead single ‘Fuck The Pain Away’, featuring the eponymous lyric. The entire album (including the additional vox from Peaches then roommate Fiest!) continues to hold up, as does nearly all of the sexually-in-your-face artist’s music, which fans new and seasoned will celebrate at the Varsity.
