Sevendust: 21st Anniversary Tour

Welcome to Nu Metal week in Minneapolis-St. Paul, apparently. While many of the hard rock bands from the 90s/oughts are fine to rest on the kitchiness of their dated material, Sevendust has long been appreciated by fans of the genre for continuing to produce their own brand of unique music; Their latest tour celebrates Animosity, the band’s most commercially successful record, but hopefully Sevendust plays tunes from their 2020 album Blood & Stone, which has just as many, if not more, hard rock jams, including the very respectable stylized version of “The Day I Tried To Live“, a Chris Cornell tribute. TUES, 7 PM. $29.50.
